Opening for Manager Maintenance (High-Pressure Molding Line) • Qualification: BE Mechanical • Experience: Min 10 yrs. of experience in High-Pressure Molding Line (Ferrous Foundry) • Posting: Baroda, Gujarat • Reporting to: Plant Head Job role for your information: • Lead and Manage the Maintenance Team • Responsible for overall plant equipment maintenance & their trouble-shootings which also includes lubrication & various utility maintenance viz., screw air compressors, centrifugal pumps & DG, preventive maintenance & routine maintenance planning & execution of all the foundry equipment [ viz., Induction furnaces, High-pressure molding machine & lines (SINTO Line, Japan) sand mixer, conveyors, Bucket elevators, conveyors, shake out, Shot blasting machine, Shell molding type core shooters, etc]. • Preparing regular & periodical maintenance plans with resource planning, spare management through SAP system. • Maintaining & updating ISO/TS data management on a regular basis based on plant performance. • Initiating TPM activities, quality circles, KAIZEN improvements in the plant. • Developing & implementing safe operational & emergency procedures & plans, Work instructions, manuals & bulletins If you are interested then forward me updated CV on Email ID: rect9@saigroupbrd.com
