Eligibility: BE/B.Tech/MCA/MA/Msc
Experience Required: 0-3 Years
Requirements:
Excellent written, verbal, listening, analytical skills.
Easily grasp and communicate complex ideas.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of MS Office 2010, 2013 including Outlook.
Knowledge of computer hardware and software.
Knowledge of Operating Systems like Windows 10 and MacOS.

Responsibilities:
1. As a Technical Support Engineer, You should have a sound knowledge on Microsoft Technologies like Outlook 2016, Office 365.
2. You should have an excellent knowledge on Active Directory like Account management, Mailbox and DL management.
3. Applicants having working experience on MS Teams, One Note and One Drive for Business.
4. You should have a working knowledge of Windows Azure for Mobile Device Management would be preferred.
5. Applicants should have a knowledge to updates smartphone OS like Android and iOS.
6 You should have an excellent knowledge of Networking and Internet connectivity for desktop & portable systems would be preferred.
